Together we will work out strategies that you can use in your lives to improve your mental wellbeing. Jessica draws upon Acceptance&Commitment Coaching, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques and teaches key skills of Social-Emotional Learning.
The first steps towards establishing good mental and emotinal wellbeing
is by learning to understand, recognise and express our feelings. Teaching social-emotional skills is the first port of call when working with young people.
