All of us face struggle, challenge or crises at some point. By working closely with you Jessica supports mothers in establishing better routines to overcome everyday adversities. Together we will work out strategies that you can use in your lives to improve your mental wellbeing. Jessica draws upon Acceptance&Commitment Coaching, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques and teaches key skills of Social-Emotional Learning.
The first step towards establishing good mental and emotinal wellbeing
is by learning to understand, recognise and express our feelings. Teaching social-emotional skills is the first port of call when working with young people. Jessica is a firm believer in a person-centred approach and will customise the sessions to the individual needs of your child. Drawing on more than 20 years' experience in education and school counselling, Jessica will use age-appropriate activities and exercises to increase self & social awarness, self & relationship managment and responsible decision making.
